Oh wow, I’m glad you think so! On both counts! I use Aveeno face wash and exfoliant with a little circle scrub brush. Exfoliating your skin with the little scrubby brush is incredibly helpful. It removes all the dead skin from your face, keeping you looking fresh, and your pores less clogged. I’m actually thinking about purchasing a Clarisonic as well. I also use Apple Cider Vinegar for imperfections, and to balance the ph level in my skin to keep my skin tone even. Finally, I like to keep my face moisturized. Always remember that dry skin doesn’t mean clear skin. Oils are good, you just need to maintain a balance. I hope that’s a little helpful! Oh, and I also take biotin (a vitamin), which does wonders for hair, skin, and nails.
As far as a work out regimen, I don’t really have one. I do little things here and there, but I need to do something on a more consistent basis, and I need to do more cardio. Exercise is not only healthy for your body, but also for your mind. I’m thinking about taking up running this week. I even bought sneakers specifically for it!
